Val Sky'za Battle Strain (Expansion Set)
Story blurb written by

The battle had not been going long before the goddess had realized that she was not properly equipped for this kind of foe. It was rare that a Warrior might face something that they couldn't fight off with strength alone, but the shadows were ever adapting and shifting foes. They came in all sizes, shapes, dimensions and with numerous forms of arsenals to try and defeat the gods. So as she once again defended against a massive thrust by the oddly spiral and lanky beast, Val Sky'za had to admit that it had the strength and speed to hold the mid-ground quite well. Feeling the force of the blow even taking her off the ground for a moment, she used the momentum to fly back and land next to what seemed to be a mortal airport. Crushing several parked cars and taxi's underpaw, the glass cracking all along the front of the central hub. Gritting her teeth, she let out a line of expletives in her native tongue under her breath before exhaling loudly.
"I can see what May Sa meant now." She admitted out loud. "You are proving to be difficult, dum bläckpenna." The monster did not reply, its narrow needle-like muzzle clacking open for a second to try and spear her with its tongue. Something she swiftly disarmed with a swing of her blade.
"Hah, as if that would work! But I suppose now it's time I put an end to this."
She had not wanted to believe that she might need some sort of booster to face her battles. She believed in the strength of her arms and will more than the need of more and more augments to her already staggering frame. But if the needs must...and May Sa Muneh herself was willing to don the new state...so be it. Closing one eye, she focused deep within herself for the new pool of energy that had been passed along to her and the other Warriors and tried to call upon it. Yet, she had never practiced it, and the process was...sluggish. Something that the beast took advantage of easily.
Screeching in its oddly clacking voice, it stabbed at the ground with its long, spindly legs to rapidly charge at Val Sky'za. An action that was swiftly closing the gap, which she could have used to strike at it if she wasn't dividing her focus between defending and powering herself up. As it was, she barely got her shield up again to defend herself, but something was wrong. As the vibrations surged down her arm and the thing tried to drill into her as its arms began to spin, she felt the power wobbling inside of her, interrupted and too unstable. She tried channeling it to finish the change into the so-called Zen Mode, but as the thing tried to gouge out her eye she wildly thrust it into her extremities as a powerful boost to blow the beast back with one might swing of her sword. Smashing its ugly face into a bent and crooked shape, which made her roar in approval.
"Gudar ler mot mig! At least something came of this. Now then beast..." She began, only to pause as a loud groan of metal and stone echoed from around her. Looking down, her eyes widenend as she saw her chest rapidly and explosively expanding, straining her mesh top within seconds before even her tough flesh felt the pinch of the material. Each strand valiantly burgeoning around her breasts, holding them back, before snapping off one by one in a cascade failure that both orbs surging and overflowing her chestplates. Yet even as she swiftly lost view of her lower half, she could both feel and still see what was happening below, as her paws bloated and groaned heavily as they too began to expand. Doubling, tripling in size, each meaty toe now almost able to rival her admittedly huge paws by their normal scale. The few remaining vehicles crushed and crunched between them, under them, the building beside her getting demolished by her wide soles. Soon they were even close to outsizing the height of the airport main terminal!
Yet, as swiftly as it began, it ended, the Warrior now sporting a chest that could be modestly compared to her fellow warrior Sara'Nayde the Samurott, with paws that were so oversized she could not even think Tso Tso, the Titan Mienshao, would call them small. The beast, having watched this all in silence, still stood there across from Val Sky'za on the battlefield. Yet it did not seem inclined to want to move, making her believe that even its little pea-brain was a bit stunned by the happenings.
As Val Sky'za looked over herself and realized what had happened, she groaned and wobble dangerously as she slumped her shoulders. "Jag kommer aldrig leva upp det här..." She whined, blushing furiously in a rare display of embarrassment. "Skit."
Val Sky’za the Sky Form Shaymin gets a bit of a buffing in the form of her chest expanding and breaking out of her armored top and even her paws expanding and knocking over that bus.
This was originally done before Zen Mode for warriors became a thing, but it ties in so nicely, as the story blurb above shows. =w=
