I've been doing some studies where I only use two values to depict something, and I'm only allowed to use a simple hard brush (thank you, random Sinix tutorial). After a couple of those studies I decided to have some fun and paint Sabre.

It's hard for me to do anything without a refined sketch or line work, so this is WAY out of my comfort zone. I did add the little pink highlights at the end just to spice it up a bit. Other than that it's just a cream-colored background with a big purple blob, and I carved away pieces of the purple to get this result.
