-Backstory-
For Felicia Responsibility is everything, the day her dad died in the line of duty she stopped being a little girl and decided to become an adult, she is extremely dedicated and is completely focused in making her mother life easier and if that means sacrificing what others call fun or friendship she is more than willing to do so, she wants to be a ranger like her dad, she knows is a risky job, but is also a noble job, Felicia knows that if she is able to perform greatly in the PCA that will help her in her admission to the Rangers, Felicia is currently under extensive martial training from Karate to Yoga, although during her Yoga class she met a interesting group of individuals, as Felicia would say she finds their presence "Distracting" specially the presence of Charle a Meowth. Felicia's Mother has told her that she is still to young to be worrying that much and that she should open up some time for having fun, Felicia claims that gardening and taking care of her bonsais is the only fun she needs
