Not a stupid question at all! Art Fight is a once-a-year event that takes place during the whole month of July. You get assigned to one of two teams, and earn points for your team by "attacking" rivals with fanart of their characters. Toyhou.se is a separate website! It's a popular choice for those who wish to organize their characters and display information and art about them. I believe you need an activation code to sign up, but plenty of people have codes they will give you for free. Just ask anywhere (like in a Discord or Telegram chat, or post a journal) and someone can probably give you one!
