2-6-0 Mogul Class: K

Erected in 1875 by the B&O Railroad shops.

Withdrawn 1893.

In 2003 when the B&O Museum had a catastrophic roof failure during a very heavy snowstorm this locomotive was heavily damaged. It was put back on display in 2015 after being extensively repaired. Even with the repairs some items still don't quite line up, note the headlamp.
