Vrekk may be short but he can definately be intimidating. He works as the Head Chef for the Gilded Isles and is capable of producing some fantastic foods. He has a number of apprentices whom he is stern and strict with but if they can survive his mentorship, they also come out as great chefs.

What about his apprentices? Are they off limits too? Genuinely curious since clearly most people in lower positions, aren't treated as people and if someone's feeling the urge they just...relieve themselves with someone. Are kitchen staff off limits because of the food, or is it just the head chef or a reputation you build up? Or is it down to the Owners/Employers decresion?
Generally in the Gilded Isles, people who are not slaves are off limits for sure and assaulting them in any way will see you punished, it's illegal. Even assaulting a non pleasure slave isn't allowed, though some people will see a slave and assume anything is ok. If they get caught, they get punished.
Vrekk is a Chef with the prestige of the likes of Gordon Ramsay within the Isles. He is NOT a slave, and any of his apprentices would not be slaves, either. Considering they would be living and working in a place filled with people (witnesses) and patrolled regularily by guards, you'd have to be an extra special kind of stupid to try anything.
Slaves like Nia and Raaf are easier to target because they're often in dark warehouses to haul goods. It's still not legal, but more possible to get away with.
