Well, I saw the inked pic in the group  spacetimerealm and the character looked pretty cool.
I like a well designed and drawn fan character, especially females like this that just look fun and quirky. Big pointy ears are a plus though =3

It's fun to colour a character you've never done before.
As for the background...well that was fairly ambitious. I was wracking my brains throughout to think of something, and only a few minutes after finishing the main character did I think of something. Next problem was executing it.

The planet came out better and quicker than I'd hoped. I'm not totally pleased with the city lights...they didn't quite work out how I planned, but they were still better than I hoped (if that makes sense).
And yeah, I'm doing the stardust background again, but I enjoy doing the effect, darn it. Plus drawing in the little stars afterwards is a little fun in itself =)
