So here it is the final version with cell shading in. I do think shading improved it a lot, its not perfect, but its better.
I tried to apply an overlay gradient to make it feel warmer or something, like i did in many of my previous artworks, but it didn't look right, it fits best for other times of the day, like morning or late evening and such, this is more noon time, so i left it as is. I will have to think through some of the strange choices i made with this one lol.
I am not sure when i will start next project, i'm still open for commissions as of posting this, if i will have more time i do plan on starting another scene/background piece like this but with more references this time, this artwork here was done without any references at all, i think with references i should be able to make it quicker, hopefully...
