The old water tower of the City Uelzen , the nearest city from my home . As you can see its a bit special .
Middle April 1945 was Uelzen the site of desperate defend fighting actions , between several undermanned German divisions , the Panzerdivision Clausewitz and British forces .
Looks like this building was taken under fire to prevent sniping attacks .
It wonders me myself why the damage is still visible today .
