You really did a very good job on the hogtie -pose. The anatomy is also correct and you managed to draw the bound hands correctly.
One question: How did you do the background? It looks awesome with this aquarellic effect. (*O*)

It's always nice to see the classic 80s version of Master Splinter and in the classic hogtie form of bondage.
I imagine that this was perhaps part of a training session with his sons where it would be demonstration of various bondage methods and how to escape from them in case of getting captured. Splinter however realised that he'd been tied a little too tightly and would need some assistance with the bonds being loosened.
The Turtles though perhaps had other ideas and with the 80s cartoon being the one where tickling was treated as being the ultimate form of interrogation method or torture, they might perhaps want to see how a true ninja master would be able to resist. Splinter's expression is just at the precise moment he's realised their intent.
Alternatively perhaps it was considered long past time for Splinter to have his nails trimmed and this is the only real method to get him to stay still long enough for it to be done as it's really not something he enjoys.
