Piece depicting Caeser Grunt with his mother (who never makes an appearance in the show) as a pup.
Had a good time working on the piece. Didn't want to go too crazy with it so I cut myself off here. Definitely got a lot of practice out of this one.
May hop back into the other Mini-Loup piece in my scraps or some Oddtaxi fan art I've been meaning to do for awhile.

It's a surprisingly good watch considering the intended audience; heavily carried by the believable writing of the characters which is again strange in a kid's show.
The Grunt Brothers don't get a whole lot of screen time outside of harassing the lead character though. One episode was fixated on a somewhat short-lived friendship with Mini-Loup, but that was about it. Caesar quickly shot forward as my favorite character in just that one episode, he litters so many of the pages in my sketchbook. Bit bummed when I got to the end of it, so I started my own story set in the same world. When I'm set to fully ink the pages I've got roughed out, I haven't a clue.
No clue where you can even pick this show up now, but if you do find it, watch it in the native French - much better experience.
