The Sparrow class is a Neu Samaran orbital shuttle, that while initially intended only to make cargo transfers from the new Ivan class destroyer, can actually function as an interplanetary craft.
At tech level 8, the sparrow doesn't have grav plates, and thus its small stateroom is oriented in line with the direction of thrust - hence the odd imagery in the middle of the deck plans above. To the side is the stateroom's floorplan as its user would experience it while the ship is under acceleration.
All of the acceleration couches can sweep up into a relative 'upright' position. Ladder slots in the floor are covered via automatic panels activated from the bridge during gravity nadir operations, and uncovered when under thrust.
While life support endurance is enough to reach everywhere within the Neu Samara system (1 year power), the ship only has 6 days constant thrust, so for the outer planets, judicious calculation of needed rocket burn is required, especially for round trips back to the inner system.
Variants
The Vireo sacrifices a single ton of cargo in exchange for enough fuel to operate for an additional 17 and a half days, allowing this class to supplant all of Neu Samara's aging TL11 colonization vintage boats and launches, and effectively move as much cargo and supplies anywhere in the system during Neu Samara's early 'system exploitation' phase.
The Wren gives up a single ton of cargo for 17.5 days extra fuel as the Vireo above, but also sections the cargo bay into 4 equal decks, aft to fore, installing 4 small staterooms on the port side, and 2 small staterooms on the starboard (one on each of middle two new decks). Because of the required access space and the arrangement of the decks, the Wren loses all but two tons of cargo (located on the bottom/aftmost deck), usually given up to extra food stores and personal effect storage for the passengers.
The Thrush divides the cargo space into two equal sections, cutting the cargo down to only 10 tons, but devotes the forward section into additional 20 roomy seats, serving as orbital bus.
Mayday! Mayday!

Feel free to use, mod, whatever - just if reposting the art elsewhere, give credit is all I ask.
No other sheets to this ship, other than an excel page I made to keep track of the math within Megatraveller's ruleset (Megatraveller, + Hard Times 'One Small Step' lowtech ship design rules).

Nope - In Traveller anti-grav/contra-grav doesn't become available until TL-9, and for ship design, at least with the MegaTraveller rules, interior elements like grav deck plating and intertial compensators, don't kick in til tech level 10.
This makes TL9 ships kinda interesting - jump capable (FTL), but still have to cope with acceleration for gravity, or rotation rings, etc.
So, with this baby, you'd better have your cargo well secured and your passengers buckled down if you're pulling any serious vector changing. Once a course is laid in and you're either coasting with the interior in zero-gravity, or under constant accel, your passengers may feel free to move about the cabin, etc.

Mostly, except for Close Orbit an Aerospace Control Command (COACC) - ie, upper atmospheric fightercraft, which even at tech 8 and 9 can put up a fair fight against invading higher tech ships. Grav at the introductory tech levels (9 through 11) has a lotta advantages, but speed and maneuverability in atmosphere remain the domain of air breathers and rocket assist, ramjets etc. for a little bit.
And those suckers can haul some scary G force while maneuvering (why our present fighter pilots have to wear pressurized suits, to keep blood from pooling in the extremities, etc. 'Blackouts and Redouts').
Thing A-grav can do that high speed fighterplanes can't is start to stack on armor pretty early in its development, where weight is the enemy of lower tech aerospace fighters. Each has its advantages/disadvantages, but about TL 12 and higher, high speed -armored- grav fighters get about as maneuverable/fast as air breathers etc. making them effectively obsolete.

The wings fold up and over, and the tail will fold to port for space docking, but with some designs it'll be carried on, the bays are big enough not to require this. Some, like the Ivan, weren't designed for a specific ship, and just have oversized vehicle bays. Others have external mooring clamps that this thing can belly dock against - though that makes cargo transferral an EVA, hold depressurized exercise, unless I add like robotic arms to the carrying ship.
