I've now gone and done it... My reputation seems to have reached even the kings and one has arrived to be treated at my hut. I have no idea how they found my hiding place, I did not expect any of this!
My life was at stake when the king was delivered to me by his few guards. His majesty hasn't been feeling quite well in few months. The guards and even the king tells he has had troubles with his heart and orders me to check him properly. He has had some chest pains, arrhythmias and shortness of breath when he moves. Even climbing up the stairs has started to get difficult.

I observed and checked his pulse. I searched for a magic spell book and looked into his heart through his chest. The rhythm was normal. I checked the valves and noticed his aortic valve leaked some. I told what I found out and prepared him for an operation. The king though ordered that if he dies on the table I'd loose my head. I swallowed and agreed the conditions. I boiled some herbs in a stove and made the king inhale it through a mask. This made him fall into a deep sleep. Once the king was in anesthesis I casted a spell into his heart and made it appear in a form of a hologram in front of me. The problem now was how do I operate the valve when his heart is beating. I had to use another spell to stop time around him.

His guards observed me behind my back. I swear they might want to do more things to me than just cut my head if this operation fails and I could feel their breathing at my neck. I was nervous. I took a deep breath and focused deeply. I sure was not going to fail!
