Overly Long FF14-Related Title (by Floof_Puppy)
Full title: Alyssa Tries the Critically Acclaimed MMO, Final Fantasy 14, Which Has a Free Trial Up to Lv60 and Includes the Award-Winning Heavensward Expansion, and Becomes Eorzea's Most Excitable Ninja
When you're a Lux Mentali, of course you're going to fit the title of "Warrior of Light." Casting all sorts of crazy spells, though? Not Alyssa's style. She'd rather just rush up to an enemy, give them a stab or two, and be done with it, and that's why Ninja is her job of choice. After some exploits involving a metallic colossus, weird time travel stuff, and the Illuminati, a coeurl kitten named Sherry started following her around, and she couldn't bear to leave the little one alone, so now the two are inseparable traveling buddies.
Also, ironic how she now has the ability to breathe underwater, while her twin brother who's had that ability since birth can't swim at all. (Somehow, the boy just isn't very buoyant...)
After getting a PSO2-themed commission from Floof, I... kinda fell off of that game. But you know what they say about the law of equivalent exchange, and it was inevitable that I'd find a new hyperfixation. That hyperfixation was Final Fantasy 14. And now that I have a nice outfit that looks similar to her canon outfit, I had to get a commission of her in it. I'll probably still be on FF14 for a while, and I've already pre-ordered Endwalker.
In FF14, I main Ninja, since it fits Alyssa's character well, I wanted a quick DPS class, and the Hide ability seemed really useful. Sure, the queue times are awful, but damn it, it's a fun job! I'm playing on the Crystal data center, in the Diabolos world.
