about 3mil though ill reduce that down to 15 k easly

He he ... cool ^.^

I was thinking he looks way too smooth to be any type off efficient , even for U3 engine.

He's going to look awsome when you are done though ^.^

mmm im trying to follow a work flow some ones shown me. basicaly high poly from zbrush - decimate to low poly in 3d max - then project textures from zbrush and photoshop to go into UDK

That looks really nice brother! You need to teach Bill a few pointers in making 3D people X3
