A mix of a Gothitelle and Hoopa, Orabelle (or Belle) is one of many 'Legendary Hybrids' that live on a secluded isle. Orabelle is known to be an incredibly mischievous trickster, often enjoying in pulling pranks on her 'Sisters' - especially with her rings. Along with her playfulness, she is often an impatient individual who greatly dislikes quietness, often trying to rope her fellow 'Sisters' into various games and situations in order to amuse her. Additionally she is also a very curious individual who hates the concepts of secrets, where she'll go to great lengths to discover things that are hidden from her - such as peeping and listening in with her portals. This trait also goes the other way, for not only does she not hold secrets well but will openly tell others.

In combat, Orabelle is surprisingly strong in physical combat along with possessing impressive psychic power. With her greatest skills being in fist fighting, she will utilize her rings to teleport herself or her blows around the field to attack the opponent from all angles. Her psychic power however is another potent ability of hers, her favored method being to 'solidify' psychokinetic energy into 'phantom limbs', that act and move like her arms with the bonus of not being attached - thus meaning they can reach farther. With these psychic limbs and the rings she manipulates, she can shower her opponents from pretty much every angle with a storm of blows without relent.

Note: Due to her ability to utilize portals, Orabelle is the one responsible for sending out her 'Sisters' on various excursions to the outside world - said excursions mostly to retrieve various trinkets and objects for the convenience or luxury of others.
