A wholesome angel and a bratty demon make for an interesting pair.

After the collapse of the Haven all of the cherubs including Lailaelle tumbled down to the earth. With no access to their home and their full powers each of them have to find their way. Some of them look to find their way back to the Haven if it exists while others simply struggle to survive in the harsh world of mortals.

In Lailaelle's case she hangs on the shoulder of a half demon named Angelo.

Several factions were drawn to the cherubs given the fact each of them fell from the sky like stars. Upon impact a crystalline bloom sprouted from the earth enshrouding each angel making for quite the spectacle. Free roaming cherubs are a thing of myth making collecting one as an ally an urgent mission.

Looking to prove himself Angelo seeks out one of the Aravani landed cherubs and quickly becomes entangled in dealing with sweet but naive cherub. Laila lacks the knowledge and know-how of mortals and demons so her mannerisms tend to catch him off guard.
