Nio Kasgami was doing a charity stream to help  StrawberryTFs out with some financial issues, so I thought I'd donate and give her a hand. I got a colour sketch for my donation, so I had Kiara drawn in this very revealing dress. It's based on the Luxurious Wheels skin for St Louis from Azure Lane- a series I know very little about. Never played the game or watched the anime or anything. But man, do I love the design of that dress, and I had to see what Kiara looked like in it. After all, this kind of outfit is right up her alley...
