Agents of the Kinar, the gods of Nornskar, they seek only to enforce the will of their divine masters.
Since the Runelaw faction were linked to the plane's gods, they were given the role of a paladin, which meant I could make them wear a more ceremonial-looking set of plate armour. That also meant that I had to make the helmet he wears fancier, which I did by lining sections with gold parts and (horror of horrors!) adding horns to his helmet. The runes along his weapons and outfit are to signify the "laws" of the Runelaw, that the faction enforces on the other inhabitants of Nornskar.
