Even though he likes his current car a lot, sometimes Jess wonders if he should consider something a bit different than what he's used to. Of course, being the type of fellow that he is, his ideas usually follow the pattern seen here... quickly going from "entirely possible, but not my style" to "hmm, maybe if I get very lucky" to "well, if I get a top ranked deal with a national league and never lose a match it'll only take about... five, six years to save up that much".
He never did claim to be practical, y'know.

<Jess> Well, it sort of is a cartoon in a way. I mean it's possibly the most impractical car you could ever find, ridiculously expensive, nearly impossible to see out the back and you can't fit in it if you're over 5' 8"... and yet it's still much faster than most of the cars even built today. It's really the definition of a modern supercar. You absolutely don't need it, but you still want it.
