..."some" guy said to my mate he would "then i would encounter the E-V4000 security system"... (i leave the background for that blank, it would go too far)
On one paw it hit me a little hard, on the other paw i was flattered in a twisted way. And since it was their chat i am not supposed to know it anyway, i am happy that i was allowed to read it. :)
And it just made me draw that in like... 3 minutes. I Fixed and added some thing the next day and here it is.
The E-V4000 Personell Proteciton System! It protects Bears so far. And yes it's based on that Robocop thing, i've seen it in a Webcomic the day before and the image was still stuck in my head.

Thank you germ. :) Also it's not (specifically) designed for sateite reception, it's more for listening to sounds as quiet as they may be, you hide behind a trashcan, think you are save in the dark when you hold your break? No Sir! You're not!
Also he doesnt Tail-slice everyone open, that is decided differently from case to case.
