Smaugust, the month of Dragons, is upon us, so for this month's YCH I decided to pay tribute to Daenarys Targaryen, the Mother of Dragons herself. I *finally* finished Game of Thrones (the tv show, not the books) a few months ago and like so many others I was pretty annoyed with the way the show ended. Its not so much what happened, because I think that was what the story was building up to all along, but how, and without saying too much so as not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched, suffice it to say it was super rushed. Since I haven't really ever done a proper GoT piece I figured now was the perfect time to do so. Dany deserved better!

Also, there were originally going to be five of these, but I had to close the two remaining slots to leave room for something I'm doing later this month. So if you're wondering why I don't have all three of her dragons named, Rhaegal and Viserion would have been here too had I done the full set. ;)
