About the head: Big size great for 26-28". (Or I can add a pillow on velcro for smaller head)❣Foam base (light weight, won't break), great visibility, beautiful for glasses, good breathing, a pocket inside, handpaint 3D-printed eyes my design with tear ducts, soft stuffed tongue you can pull it out. Free space inside, does not rub! Fully lined by fleece. ^___^ All spots are handsewed. 😘
