Caden’s mom, Sharon, was initially caught by surprise by the sudden transformation of her son into a magical baby girl. This surprise was quickly replaced by her own maternal instincts taking over. She ran an in-home daycare, and felt she had all the necessary things available to help accommodate her son-turned-baby daughter. Not to mention it would give her an excuse to break out the old baby clothes she kept in storage, instead of waiting for the day she had grandchildren.

Though the thing that made Sharon feel the happiest was the fact that she was able to see Caden get some actual sleep. It always pained her to see her son suffer from his insomnia and be unable to do anything to help. If being turned into a baby magical girl meant that Caden could be healthy and get all the sleep needed, then she was fine with it.

Caden also had a – now older – brother and two sisters. Needless to say, they found quite a bit of amusement in teasing and playing with their much younger sibling. Her father, like Sharon, was initially taken off guard by the whole incident, but was quickly won over.

The pacifier that Caden is always seen with is her transformation trinket that activates her change into her magical girl form. She can also use it to store excess magical energy that could be used later in emergencies. It also, though she didn’t want to admit it, helped her feel relaxed and comfortable to have around.

Due to the nature of Caden’s… new state, it was decided that it’d be best to pull her out of high school and finish her studies in a more private, home-schooled environment that could better accommodate her smaller form.
