Here’s the reference sheet for Sparky the Kangazard which was made once again by the awesome Stringentfoot! He can be friendly but he’s very overprotective and somewhat possessive of Emerald since he’s Emerald’s first ever Pokémon that was gifted to him by his grandparents who are the trainers of Sparky’s Kangaskhan mom and Charizard dad. Ever since then Sparky was in charge of looking after Emerald, who has a habit of wandering off and getting hurt/almost eaten by bigger Pokémon, which eventually led to sparky developing the behavior he currently has with him. This protective and possessive behavior usually manifests in Sparky eating Emerald, stuffing him deep in his belly pudge, or tucking him away in his pouch.
