My birthday is tomorrow-- (13th) , and to celebrate my birthday month, I intend to draw a total of 31 Bikini Babe arts as a throwback to where my art started.
Second down is Ezerine, the Dialga!
As a Dialga, Ezerine does inherently have powers centered around manipulating time. However, outside of being an absolute accuracy stop-watch/clock, most of those abilities don't go to being used flippantly.
Ezerine is one of Mitch-Kun's wives. She doesn't have a formal job so much as she is tasked with making sure time is functioning as it should and dealing with any irregularities that may occur due to intrusions upon Mitch's world-- or even by proxy of his own shenanigans.
As a side note, I somehow managed to meme both analog and digital clocks in the design of her bikini. I can't get over that.

Well, if there is one thing I love about Dialga compared to Celebi, this dragon is large enough to ride on for time traveling, or to use her to stop time around you like Clockstoppers does or time travel like Back To The Future, Bill & Ted, H. G. Wells The Time Machine, and many others.
