This is Bloom from Golden Treasure: The Great Green, in an alternate continuity where it doesn't become Quetzalcoatl, but instead comes back to challenge the Spiritkeeper for lordship of the Spiritwood a second time.
For the record, Bloom was wearing chicken on head before Baba Yaga-chan did it in Cthulhu Saves Christmas.

The Lab v14 is available from donating on Ko-Fi. I'm probably not going to release it for free anytime soon.
Unusual? Maybe. Impossible? I don't think so.
The mod also includes the option to kill Bloom the same way the dragons will freely kill the Spiritkeeper, because I am in agreement on the unfairness of that last part.
