i've done it before, it's easier than you think.
two sites i personally LOVE for printing my art is http://cafepress.com and http://zazzle.com - which have tons of different things you can slap art onto and buy one-at-a-time.
if you wanted to buy stuff in bulk - like 10 prints or more at once - you can also go to http://vistaprint.com - which focuses more on business stationery. i've been checking it out to possibly buy some folders and notepads to resell. they're the cheapest bulk suppliers i've found.
