The Forger was the guy with the accent; the one who could imitate the likeness of the target's subconscious and create items out of nowhere, like that miniature missile launcher he pulled out of nowhere when he shot that transformer.
He was also the bad-ass killing everyone in the third dream level (the snow level), proving that he played Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for a living. XD
