Some of you may remember a recent sketch that I shared - well, now it's complete! And it didn't take as long as I thought it would either!

I did my best to stick to the principles of the palette challenge; although I guess technically this aged paper effect is cheating since it introduces a bunch of different tones... so to mollify myself I also have a version that doesn't have these effects so I can say I stayed as "pure" to the challenge as possible.

It was an interesting challenge drawing this, being restricted to only 5 colours to do all parts of an image meant I had to do some things I've never thought about before such as using the line colour to define the shaded areas and so forth. I'm pretty happy with how it's looking though, I definitely think it has that "old poster" look and feel to it.

Anyway, would love to hear any thoughts people have!
