My new designs! I drew both of them in chibi style, so maybe I'll make a redraw later :)

The idea with these two characters came to me by accident, when I decided to draw something with the Desert & Egyptian themes :D

A little story about them:
These two creatures are a Desert Gecko and White Cobra. Both of them are nomads who have long adapted to survive in a hot and dangerous desert.
The Gecko, for whom desert is a place of birth, knows all its rules and laws from early childhood. Therefore, he is always aware of how to act in any, even the most difficult situation. His yellow & orange skin serves as an excellent disguise from predators living in the desert, so the Gecko easily hides from those who hunt on him.
His occupation is the search for magical Egyptian artifacts. In the hopes of finding something really worthwhile, Gecko roams the desert in search of these things. And every time, of course, he finds something new.
His friend is a White Cobra of the rarest species - that’s why absolutely everyone wants to catch her. Unlike the Gecko, the Cobra wasn’t born in the desert and got there through kidnapping, so at first it was very difficult for her to get used to everyday life there. After being freed by a Gecko they became best friends. The Cobra helps the gecko search for artifacts, and the Gecko protects her and helps escape from intruders. ~
