As mentioned Ev actually now owns this library. No longer interested in being a powerful boss monster and is more interested in being a “bookworm.” She spends time reading stories (ones the Dark Lord hadn't altered) and dealing with the occasional customer. Of course like Draxon not everything changed as Ev's overdue book punishments can be rather severe. Apparently she plans on making a new Ancient Era section of the library complete with “fresh” mummies to display.
