A sorta new lion OC of mine named Colby. He’s part of the City Safety Patrol and helps with medical assistance and safety regulations. He’s a very timid and anxious lion whom Kelly and his gang help out and eventually end up befriending.

The backdrop is supposed to be inspired off of Times Square as there are multiple parody signs in the background such as a parody Disney Store.
