finally decided to finish this XD

yep it's the 3rd member of my weird colored cat Pokemon trifecta of awesome. except Persium still needs to be white/black'd and I still need a name for this girl. any suggestions? o:

also, creepy eyes are creepy lololol.
the stockings were gonna be sheer, but I got lazy. SORRY. :C I am such a slob I swear.
