Yep, definitely is more enjoyable in the context provided by going in sequence. I really should just go back and start from the beginning of the arc before this and see if it reboots my memory, or if I just should reread the comic from the start. It can't hurt too much, since I remember being genuinely interested in seeing what happens the last time I had a binge reading spree.
Also, I still think while the page layout itself is simple, the layout differences between the sides makes the images within them seem more like they merit comparison/contrast because different parts are inevident in the other occurrence, and then it draws out the response "wait, what's changed here this isn't just the same thing with a different BG". In me anyway.
