It appears that rusty must've got a hold of the balloon bazooka that was once taken by Ryan he planned to use it on the danger rangers but it backfired when tripped on a banana peel dropping the the balloon bazooka and it fired at him now he's stuck in a balloon hoping that snarf and CD well figure out how to get him out
