Saideem kind of like his sister, had the ability to suck up emotion from around himself and store it within his very being. However the emotion he drained was sorrow and pain, causing those around him to feel happier. But since Saideem always hung around his sister many others assumed he was the one draining their joy. He never bothered to correct them so his sister could live a joyful life. But if the pain ever gets too great Saideem sometimes leaks the negative emotion outward in a black shroud of darkness like a void in the soul.
