So, this page purpose is to make the viewer wonders what happened between Cookie and her father, other than wondering about Daikarin motivations?

Anyway, I have to wonder how Cookie's relationship with her dad got so sour that having to go back to the L'Asagne farm would be impossible, and what is the real reason Cookie would hire Daikarin as her team's trainer? Very rather intriguing.

Poor Cookie. Not only did she alienated her fans and her Combagals, she also alienated her own family as well. Based on Cookie's face, I'd say things did not end up perfectly between her and her father. It's kind of sweet that Ida knows about Cookie's family history considering their animosity.

So, the real reason Cookie asked Daikarin for help in the first place is because the relationship she had with her father was ruined; that's interesting.
