Foxtrot was born on 1900 on an small village with no name in the Kingdom of erthasia (do not confuse with Ethasya), since he was small he was different to other sergals due to his inteligence and ability to do stuff , when foxtrot was 10 his mother died due starvation (just like lots of other people on the country by that time) he and his father moved into the city of Renéaa on the kingdom of Karmiruh during this time foxtrot enters a type of "trainer school" where he learned short range combat and the usage of guns , when he was 16 he returned to erthasia ,after some months he created the "Mersorkan movement" that wanted to overthrown the queen and stablish a new type of goverment , he was able to do that a year after and with that The Republic of Merso was born (with only a few months of difference of the establishment of the shigu republic) , he stablished the Mersorkan army , then a navy and the end the air force , he gave himself the rank of "general-Leader" that means that he is in charge of the country and all of the 3 armed forces , during this time other countries like redland and desertland where trying to stop his military development by sending threats of an invasion (this caused the 1938-1947 world war) , after the war was won he decided to modernize the country and everything on 1982 he gets maried with a Samantha Muntz and 1983 he has a son named Mons Borkvon and everything was fine until 1990 when the kutziwalt war started. During one operation on 1992 foxtrot rescued an small serg girl and adoptet her giving her the name of Elisa Borkvon , when the war ended foxtrot started various programs to rebult what was destroyed.
