I think comparing your art to someone else's - is a bad idea. Because it might upset you. But your new art can be (and should be) compared with your old arts. This will help you find flaw, track progress)

I know you are right, but it's very hard to not comparing myself to other (having 0 faith in myself and depression), especially if all my friends make much better and faster progress than me.
Out of curiosity, do you maybe have any art from the beginning, when you were starting drawing? :D

I agree with you. It's hard to think well of yourself, when friends are making great progress :(
Also I understand that they achieve more success only because they learn color, anatomy, physics, do studies and gain experience. But I don't always find time for this...
