He is a male fox known as Foxy or Fxy, and he is 18 in human years.
Details:
He loves balloons! He chases any balloon and inflatable that's sight. He loves to play with them and to sometimes pop them. He usually acts happy and crazy. He likes to play with other cute furry characters, especially if it's with balloons. He himself could turn into balloon/inflatable, rarely. Fxy was based on a fox plush toy I had.
Appearance:
He has a large white spot on his belly and butt. He is short. He wears high heels, and sometimes likes to wear other female clothes. He is usually is holding a balloon.
