As the description reads, Clockwork Chimera is a 'Clown Robot', a ride-able inflated bot for pranking and battling antics within Fantasy Land that Lucice crafted after seeing a few in action. Despite being 'fighting robots' more or less, do to Fantasy Lands own laws and nature to not be violent even 'powerful' hits from these things do not actually cause harm..mostly being very squeaky gloves of course but usually cause a person to be a bit more silly or playfully wishing to strike out in turn. Least till they have used up their energy. Making this an ideal little 'weapon' at best if Lucice would ever even want to have such a fight...but seems maybe some of Fantasy Land's magic is still effecting him and his creations..hmm
