Katzé was born on 1951 on raingrad (the shigu republic) his parents where from the army so he grew with shigu military doctrine , after school he went into the school of officials of the shigu army, he admired Rain since he was small and his admiration lead him into the army , he climbed ranks in really short period of time , he was even able to work in some training operations with rain , after she died on 1985 he got into the power ot TSR becaouse he was the highes ranked official under rain , for some reason he thought that rain's death was caused by TRM so he desired to destroy TRM with all of his forces starting with this event the "cold war".
