My ideas for drawing other people's characters are pretty freeform. Just draw the character first and then draw a background around them that matches the pose. People are pretty stingy with backgrounds on ArtFight, so I feel it comes across as extra impressive to add a full scene. I briefly considered showing the character' very bright tail wrapped around and hanging out beside them but couldn't figure out a way to make it work with them slouching so much.
