I started from scratch and used a game model to build up from, I redid the original mesh and then started with the clothing, I reworked the normal on the eyes.
Ive included two versions, one with flat eyes, textured skin and slightly changed colour, and the other with rounded eyes and base colour. You can see the other versions on my Pixiv, should be fine without a sign up since it sfw.
