I saw this dog walking around at Gencon 10. You probably remember him as the antagonist from Duck Hunt. The suiter did a really great version of the trademark laugh.

It was in an arcade-exclusive bonus round... basically, the screen filled with ducks, and the dog would jump around trying to catch your kills. Hit the dog instead and the round ends, with the mutt hobbling around on crutches and sternly warning you, "Shoot the DUCKS, not ME!"
