This is a new character from Ray's world. I felt I've been leaving him underdeveloped and I needed to work more with it, so here's both Ray's and Felicia's backgrounds.

Ray is a drawing by an anonymous cartoonist. However little to the cartoonist's knowledge, Ray came to life inside of the "cartoon realm;" an alternate world for drawings from people of all ages and all backgrounds to mingle and play. As soon as Ray was brought onto the paper, he became into existence in the cartoon realm. (Think of the old Nickelodeon show, Chalk Zone)

Felicia is a drawing by a woman who is currently in a relationship with the creator of Ray. When Ray's creator showed his girlfriend his works, she thought of them very cute and wanted to draw one of her own. Now Ray is a hard guy to please when it comes to women, he doesn't like ugly ones, or ones that are out of proportion, and oddly enough, Ray doesn't like ones that are too sexy. However, something about Felicia just makes Ray go head over heels, it's as if he finally found the perfect woman.

Both Ray and Felicia follow all laws of cartoon physics, which basically means they can defy the laws of real physics. And as the picture suggests, Felicia's outfit is a hand-me-down from a very old character of mine.
