She doesn't have a name, but her tail is ZuZu. She looks like a mouse/bunny/deer mix. But anyway.

She binds power, both physical and non-physical. The bell she's holding is how she emits her power. It jingles and keeps ZuZu bound. Simply beacuse ZuZu is so volatile that he will bite any other being in reach and has left her with many scars. ZuZu even ate her other tail....so to bind him she makes him wear the bell.

If she needs to bind a person, she can, but that means ZuZu is loose. So her powers must be used with great caution.
