The original idea for this race came many years ago for a story that was rather dumb to ever be revived. So I salvaged the only good part -- the scaly species. Back then they were the villains, but I know much better now. =)

While Rosnieks are (in their revised universe) a peaceful race, they are not above going to war if they need to. They constantly engage in military exercises and drills. And wearing a combat uniform and armor would be one of the few occasions when a Rosniek will cover his entire body with clothing.
