So, this is something I have contemplated for a while now, and finally decided to go through with it.
Ever since I bought Vanga from her previous owner, I changed the way she was portrayed. The art she came with - and her design - all focused a lot on a sexualized side of her. Showing her naked or almost such in many of her pictures.
And while there is nothing wrong with that, I always enjoyed her more as the badass fighting lady who happens to be sexy on the side, and always tried to focus on said badass side.
So I figured it was time to give her outfit a redesign, which was fairly sexualized in comparison and change it into something a bit more practical and functional while still giving some nods to the original.
The tubetop was replaced by a tanktop with underlying sports bra. Her girls are still pretty big (and she is still mighty proud of them) but during rapid movement, they better be contained.
The hotpants got swapped to some longer ones that still allow for freedom of movement.
The bulky gloves were ditched in favor of some stylish handwraps, with some matching footwraps to complete the aesthetic.
I really love this new and improved outfit and I think the artist did a wonderful job. And I hope those of you who liked Vanga before will agree on this.
